June said she has been using this business for 30 years. They are good people and do what is supposed to be done.

Spoke with Susan. She said they were very honest and the work was great. They provided excellent customer service and they saved her money. She said her husband was happy with them.

William said the job was done right and they know what they are doing.

Ron said he had no issues with his visit. The people at the facility were very professional and courteous. They did what they said they would in the time frame given.

Beth said the staff at this business were very good. They gave her a lot of help when she could not afford all the repairs. They did a good job and did not take long to complete the repairs. She said this business is a great place and once a customer goes there, they will never go anywhere else.

As a customer for years, I've never had to return a car, because a job wasn't done correctly, until now; but because of the many possibilities of what can be wrong with it, I fully understand why it couldn't be diagnosed immediately. However, they are willing to try the various options, until they get it corrected (and I am willing to be patient, as well, because I know they won't give up until the problem is made right). Monique is a GEM! Personable, always helpful, and very knowledgable about vehicles. I've never known anyone like her in the years I've taken my cars to be serviced. Extremely valuable to So. Main Service!!!
