My car had been having starter-related issues for several months and I had planned on getting it fixed during my upcoming inspection in August. However, when a spur of the moment trip to Ohio became necessary, I contacted South Main about the starter, inquiring if they could possibly fit it into their already jam-packed schedule -- which they did graciously. When repairing it, they also inspected the serpentine belt and found it to be dry and showing signs of cracking. They repaired it and the starter motor within 24 hours of my contacting them. Don didn't think it would be a good idea for me to take a chance on the starter motor failing when I was far from home and being at the mercy of an out-of-state mechanic. Needless to say, it is treatment like this that will keep me coming back to South Main Street Service Center where they truly care about their customers. I mean, what more could you want from the people who service your car?
