Had issues with my vehicle unexpectedly on a Sunday and had it towed there hoping to they would look at it because we needed the car to get back and forth from work. They said they would try to fit it in. 10 days later they still had not even looked at it and had to tow it to another facility to get fixed. Maybe they are great if you can plan break downs and make an appt. DO NOT take your vehicle there if you need it and don't have an appt. You will be disappointed. Side note I had brought other vehicles there a few times and service was good. It was not the first time I had a vehicle serviced there. So no matter what kind of customer you are if you can make an appt go with them. If you break down or have an emergency and take it there plan on being out of work for weeks. I personally find it hard to take vehicles to multiple service centers depending if it's emergency or scheduled. Easier to find one dependable service provider who can handle everything.
I am sorry for any inconvenience that we caused. He is right we do cater to our regular appointments. We currently are down tech's. Yes tech's, more than one. We do the best we can with the time provided. We have to take care of the people that wait two weeks to get in with an appointment. We do take a quick look to see what is happening to the tow ins. In this case the ignition lock cylinder would not turn. Lubing did not help. We just did not have the time to pursue any further last week due to regular appointments. Sorry again for not being able to help.
