Wish I would have been offered a ride to work, I walked in the snow storm and fell on the ice soon after I left the shop. It was messy. Overall I like the homey atmosphere of the shop and the friendly customer service and I like feeling that I am being taken care of fairly. I also appreciate having coupons honored. I prefer your shop over a large dealership. I like that you have a candy dish and calendars. Don't like the second hand smoke in the waiting area though.
