South Main Auto has a family feel to it. . . . probably because several of them are related. The staff works hard to find parts that are good and reasonably priced, helping to keep down customer costs. It doesn't feel like "upselling" is a business practice used here as they fix what needs to be fixed -- and no more. I waited for my car in the office today and had the opportunity to see a few customers come and go. Each was treated with respect and courtesy. Monique has a nice way of relating to customers.

As always the service and communication is above expectations. Every one is friendly and responsive.
After finding South Main Street Service on my GPS, I walked in with a mechanical emergency at the very end of the day and Monique and staff miraculously fit me in to repair my car so I could continue on my long journey back to Massachusetts. This was no easy task, considering the stream of customers coming to pick up their cars just kept flowing. If I lived nearby, I most definitely would make this my go-to car shop!
